Allow about 1–2 business days for processing once payment is authorized, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.
Can I return or exchange new merchandise?
Yes. Defective and eligible non-defective new items may be returned, and exchange requests are accepted. Make the request within 30 calendar days after delivery, secure approval, and mail it using the free prepaid label enclosed in the package. There is no restocking fee.
