CAD checkout and payment review
Store and checkout amounts are presented in CAD unless an active Shopify market explicitly presents another currency. Payment authorization, address review, and provider checks occur before an order is accepted.
Declines and data safety
An issuer may decline or temporarily reserve funds. Shopify and the providers shown at checkout handle sensitive payment details; support will never ask for a full card number, CVV, password, or one-time code by email.
Original-method refunds
Within 10 days after approval, we process and start the refund to its original payment method. Bank posting can require additional time. Visit Contact Us for payment assistance.
