Return and exchange eligibility
Defective and non-defective new merchandise may be returned, and exchange requests are accepted. Preference, change-of-mind, and incorrect-option returns must remain new, unused, and in original condition. Replacements depend on review and available stock.
Starting a request
Contact cabedanoqe21@gmail.com during the 30 calendar days following delivery. Provide the order number, purchasing email, reason, and clear evidence for damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods.
Authorization before mailing
Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before sending anything. The General mailing address is not automatically the return destination. Use the free prepaid return label supplied in the original package; ask support for help if it cannot be found. We charge no restocking fee.
Returning approved funds
We initiate an approved refund to the original form of payment within 10 days. The customer's financial institution can take longer to make the credit visible. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
