Delivery, returns, and consumer rights
Delivery estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy accepts defective and eligible non-defective new-goods returns and exchanges and controls the 30-day request, approval, return-by-mail, package-included prepaid label, zero restocking fee, and within-10-days refund requirements. Non-waivable legal rights remain protected.
